By downloading, installing, or using Tally (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tally is a personal budgeting and financial tracking application. It allows you to connect bank accounts, track spending, set budgets, view analytics, and manage your finances. Some features require an active Tally Pro subscription.
Tally Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
Tally provides tools for tracking and visualizing your finances. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
You acknowledge that financial data may occasionally be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete due to factors beyond our control. You agree to verify important financial information independently.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and complying with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Tally and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tally and its developers from any claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
